Athbhliain faoi mhaise dhaoibh go léir / Happy New Year…

1. Clárúcháin
Má tá páiste agat gur mhaith leat a chlárú ins an Ghaelscoil do Mhéan Fómhair 2016 ba cheart duit an fhoirm chláraithe a líonadh anois agus é a sheoladh arais go dtí an scoil.
If you have a child that you would like to enrol in the Gaelscoil for September 2016 enrolment forms are now available from Stephanie.

2. Sábháilteacht ar an idirlíon

Tá cuid de na páistí ag féachaint ar rudaí mí-oiriúnacha ar an idirlíon. Beimid ag tabhairt cuireadh do chainteoir teacht go dtí an scoil chun caint leis na páistí níos sine faoi sábháilteacht ar an idirlín. Molaimid do thuistí caint lena bpáistí faoi sábháilteacht ar an idirlíon chun do pháistí a chosaint.
It has come to our attention that some children, at home, in their free time, are accessing material online which is inappropriate for their age. We will be inviting a speaker to come to the school again this year to speak to the older children on Internet Safety. You, as a parent, have a very important role to play in keeping your child safe online. We would advise that you set rules and boundaries regarding internet usage in order to protect your child.

3. Tráth na gCeist – Comhar Creidmheasa
Táimid ag cur dhá fhoireann tráth na gceist isteach ins an gcomórtas Comhar Creidmheasa. Múinteoir Éanna atá i gceannas ar seo. Go n-éirí go geal leo.
We are entering two quiz teams , one under 11 and the other under 13 for the Credit Union Quiz at the end of the month. They are preparing at the moment under the guidance of Múinteoir Éanna.

5. Snámh
Tá snámh ag tosnú do Rang 2 agus Naíonáin mhóra ar an Aoine seo idir 12 – 1. Leanfaidh sé ar aghaidh ar feadh 7 seachtaine.
